What comes in a box?
Of course, each box varies as we want to make sure that you get new items to try! We try to have 1 forage, one treat bag, and 3-5 toys for a total of 5-7 items!
Why is the box on the more expensive side?
The box is on the more expensive side, as the box only contains products from small business and are always the highest quality. Another reason why our box is more expensive, is due to the fact that we use full sized products and not samples. We wish we could lower the price, but unfortunately we are unable to. If you were to buy each item in the box and pay for shipping as well, it would be more expensive then the box.
Why is the company's name Boop Box?
I call the bunnies noses boop, boops, or booples and decided to name the company after it. I also joke that just off of smell, rabbits can determine what the quality of the toy/treat/food and thought it would go really well with our company.
Can I cancel at anytime?
If you are on the month by month option, you can cancel at any time. If you are on the 3 months or 6 months option we ask that you complete the 3 months or 6 months before cancelling. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
When does my box come?
We ship out all of our boxes on the first Monday of the month. For example, for our January box, we ship out our boxes on the first Monday of January.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
At this time we only ship to the US. We have tried shipping to Canada and the UK, but shipping and custom fees were too expensive, so until we figure out a way to bring those costs down we will unfortunately not be shipping internationally.
I have a social media account that is about rabbits. Will you send me free items?
We love that you have a social media account, but we are not looking for any sponsor relationships at this time. If you do get a box, make sure to tag us so we can see!
If I don't like an item, can I return it?
We do not accept returns, but if there is something wrong with an item, email us so that we can fix it.
Is it $43/$41 a month or $43/$41 in total for the 3/6 months?
It is $43/$41 per month, and you will be billed on the date that you made the original purchase.
